Board Election Notice
Deadline to Declare is February 17, 2012
Lawyers Club members will vote in April to elect five new members to our Board of Directors. All interested candidates should mark their calendars for the following deadlines:
February 17, 2012: Deadline to notify Lawyers Club of your intent to run for Director. Please call Elaine Lawrence, Executive Director, at 619-595-0650 or email Lawyers Club at elaine@lawyersclubsandiego.com
March 1, 2012: Candidate’s statement and photo due for newsletter
April, 2012: Ballots will be distributed with the April newsletter
May 2, 2012: Ballots must be received at Lawyers Club office by 5:00 p.m.
Results will be formally announced at the Annual Dinner May 16, 2012, and the new Directors will begin their three-year terms on July 1, 2012.

Welcome to our website. It is an especially exciting time for Lawyers Club, as we celebrate our 40th Anniversary! Founded in 1972 with a membership of approximately 30, we have grown to be strong specialty bar association with close to 1,000 members. Our mission, advancing the status of women in the law and society, remains just as powerful and necessary as when the organization was originally founded. Please use this website to learn about our exciting events, committees and other ways to be involved. And look for many exciting happenings, including an upgraded website, during this historic year. I welcome and encourage your involvement.
