Olga Álvarez is Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Heisner Álvarez, APC in La Jolla. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell™. Olga’s practice focuses on preserving and protecting assets for all clients, including both high net worth individuals and middle-income families. She litigates both trust and probate disputes, and administers complex trusts. Olga has been selected as a 2017 Super Lawyer, and additionally recognized as a Top 50 Super Lawyer. She has been included in San Diego Magazine’s 2017 Top Lawyers List for Trust and Estate Planning and has been named as one of the top ten attorneys in Trusts & Estates by the San Diego Daily Transcript as well as one of the top 25 attorneys in San Diego by San Diego Metro Magazine. Olga teaches at the University of San Diego School of Law as an adjunct professor in the Civil Practicum course. She has received the SDCBA Service to Diversity Award and the “Women Who Mean Business Award” from the San Diego Business Journal. She was a finalist for SD Magazine’s Woman of the Year Award in 2015 and 2016, and has been named Best of the Bar by the San Diego Business Journal for four consecutive years. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association Scholarship Fund and is a former Board member of the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park. Olga is also the volunteer coordinator for the fall festival at her children's school. Olga received both her bachelor and master degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law where she was inducted to the Order of the Barrister.

With clients spanning industries from medical devices to fashion, she represents clients in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret portfolio development and monetization; IP litigation; licensing negotiations; NDA’s; inter partes reviews; ITC customs enforcement anti-counterfeit efforts; and general business. Her Lawyers Club involvement includes mentorship, co-chair of Professional Advancement, Bylaws, and Membership committees. Cotman serves pro bono as a Temporary Judge in SDSC Small Claims. Cotman holds a JD, MBA, BSBA, and AA in Fashion Design.

Rebecca Kanter is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Major Frauds & Special Prosecutions Section, where for over ten years she has prosecuted significant crimes, including public corruption, corporate fraud, and crimes against children. She is also an Adjunct Professor at USD School of Law. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, she began her career as a Central District law clerk before working as an associate at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP. Rebecca served as a co-chair of several Lawyer Club Committees, including Reproductive Rights & Women’s Advocacy, Annual Dinner, and Awards. Rebecca has been active in the community, including serving as a Southern District Lawyer Representative and a director for several non-profits, including WiLDCOAST and the UC Irvine Alumni Association. She was awarded the San Diego County Bar Association’s 2014 Award for Service by a Public Attorney and the Federal Bar Association's 2015 Elaine R. "Boots" Fisher Award for Community Service.

Frann Setzer is a California State Bar Certified Family Law Specialist, MBA, and owner of the family law firm The Law Office of Frann Setzer, APLC, which handles complex family matters via litigation as well as various methods of Alternate Dispute Resolution. Ms. Setzer has been actively involved in Lawyers Club for over a decade, and currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Fundraising. She also serves as a member of the ACC-Lawyers Club Joint Task Force, which examines issues of implicit bias in the legal profession. Ms. Setzer was formerly a Co-Chair of the Bench-Bar Committee, which is responsible for Lawyers Club’s programming involving members of the judiciary and the Equality and Action Committee. In 2015 and 2016, Super Lawyers Magazine named her as a Rising Star in family law.

Sara is a trial attorney at Vosseller Law Firm, and practices personal injury, civil rights and financial elder abuse. A graduate of California Western School of Law and UC Santa Barbara, Sara’s litigation experience includes advocating for victims of civil rights violations, financial elder abuse, discrimination and domestic violence. Previously, Sara served as Lawyers Club’s Secretary, co-chair of the Membership Development Committee, and as a member of the Sponsorship Committee. Her past experience also includes co-chairing the Equality and Action Committee where she moderated a panel of highly distinguished speakers at the Equality and Action Survey Luncheon and co-hosted the Equal Pay Day Luncheon. Sara also previously planned Lawyers Club’s Red White and Brew fundraiser and Golf Tournament, both benefited Lawyers Club’s charitable arm, the Fund for Justice.

Yahairah Aristy is a Deputy Public Defender in the County of San Diego since 2005. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. As a Lawyers Club Board Member, she’ll be the Co-Affiliate Governor for California Women Lawyers (CWL). As a CWL member Yahairah helped plan the 2017 Annual Conference held in San Diego. Yahairah has co-chaired the Law Student Outreach Committee and been Lawyers Club’s representative for the Ethnic, Relations & Diversity Committee of the San Diego County Bar Association. She also is a member of the Diverse Women’s Committee (DWC) and Women’s Advocacy Committee (WAC). She has planned events and wrote articles for the DWC, and served as Scribe, written articles and legislation memorandums for the WAC. Yahairah serves as the Secretary for the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Foundation. She is a Trustee on the Board of Directors for transcenDANCE. She is an attorney coach for the Lincoln High School Mock Trial team.

Campo has enjoyed chairing the Leadership Development Committee and Work-Life Balance Committee and looks forward to serving as a Director on the Board for Lawyers Club while chairing the new East County Working Group. She has also been recognized for her commitment to community service and pro bono work as a recipient of the SDCBA's 2016 Award for Outstanding Service by a New Attorney. Her favorite role of all, though, is as mother to her young son.

Rebecca Zipp co-chairs Lawyers Club’s Women’s Advocacy Committee, and was the 2015 recipient of the C. Hugh Friedman New Lawyer Award. She also represents Lawyers Club on the Board of California Women Lawyers. She has chaired the Coalition for Reproductive Justice and serves on the Board of Ohr Shalom Synagogue. She works at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and has tried forty cases to jury verdict. Rebecca is assigned to the Economic Crimes division where she focuses her practice on securities and real estate fraud.
